How can I return my order?

You can return any items from your order within 30 days! If you are having trouble lodging your return request, please contact our team directly.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from our warehouse.

How do I track my order?

Once our team have shipped out your order you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number! Copy and paste your tracking number into our track order tab on Konovo's website.

Where are Konovo's products manufactured?

We are always on the lookout to find best furniture makers in the world, all of our products are manufacturing by various suppliers in different locations. 

How does Klarna split payments work? 

Pay in 3 allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over 3 equal interest-free payments. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed, and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled in 30 and 60 days, respectively.

Do you have a live chat?

Returns:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If you have any questions, please contact us at returns@konovostore.com

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping:

To return your product, you should mail your product to 32 rue Mathurin Regnier, 75015 Paris, France

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
