The size of the lamp is about 29cm high and 13cm wide (11x5 inch).

1.How do I track my order?

If you have an account with us, log in to your account. Go to “My Orders” and click “View Order.” Then go to “Track Order” and a pop-up will appear with a tracking number.

If you don’t have an account, simply go to "Track Order" and insert the tracking number that has been sent to you.
2.When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the date of your order confirmation.

Orders placed after Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
3.What is your return policy?

All orders must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Returned items must be in the exact same condition as they were received.
4.What if my item is damaged?

We're so sorry to hear your order arrived in less than perfect condition! In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return or refund.

Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. All damages can be reported from the "Contact Us" form. Be sure to include your order number.
5.What are the shipping costs?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

Once your order is shipped, look out for a confirmation email with tracking information. Use the tracking number to follow the shipments from our store.

If you don’t receive your shipping confirmation within five business days of placing your order, reach out to our customer service team and be sure to include your order number to expedite the process.
6.What size do I need?

The size of your canvas print depends on where you are planning to display them. Say for your living room or office, you might want a bigger one; either the 50x70cm or the 60x90cm. Whereas for your bedroom or kitchen, you could go for a smaller size; the 40x50cm or 30x40cm.
